Caroline Lardez
Enthusiastic, passionate, curious and very anxious by nature, I embarked quite early on a quest to find tools to soothe my stress and anxieties.
My gateway has always been the body and then breathing.
I have tested various techniques: sophrology, relaxation and visualizations (I even trained in relaxation - psychocorporeal techniques for 1 and a half years in Nancy (France) with Cefer and I obtained a certificate of Relaxologist - Practitioner in psychocorporeal techniques in 2016), hatha yoga, hypnosis, EFT, intensive sport.
I discovered Ayurveda through yoga, which I have been practicing since 2013, and the first trip to India that I made in Kerala in 2016.
This trip marked the beginning of a profound transformation in me, the beginning of an inner journey.
Very quickly passionate about yoga - Hatha, Iyengar, Ashtanga then Kundalini Yoga - I started training in July 2020 at the Gur Prasaad school in the Cévennes (France) with Sat Atma to become a teacher. I am now certified as a level 1 instructor, international KRI certification.
CNV (Non-Violent Communication) courses that change my life and my outlook on it in depth, sacred feminine courses, bioenergy training according to the teachings of Yann Lipnick, biodanza, I am a great explorer of personal and human development, I like to dive into the heart of myself. By exploring myself, I explore the Human Being and its inner riches.
It was following an inner surge, a blossoming, an obviousness, that I discovered that I wanted to provide care, advise, listen; the body being in my opinion a precious messenger of the soul, I therefore decided to train to become a body therapist in Ayurvedic care and then an energy therapist in Ayurvedic care at the Kumara Institute in Paris and in Limousin.
What I particularly like about Ayurveda is the importance of prevention, also the search for balance and harmony, understanding and reestablishing the link with one's deep nature. The discovery and respect of oneself, of one's deep nature quite simply.
I am currently training with the Gayaveda Academy school (Tours) to become a consultant advisor according to Ayurveda in order to establish a complete assessment, to advise and guide in matters of diet, herbal medicine, hygiene of life, and in body care, to also propose cures.
In life, what particularly nourishes me and gives me immense joy is movement - walking, running, swimming, dancing - and contact with nature, whether during hikes, trail sessions in the Alpilles (South of france), bike rides or meditation under a tree. I love exploring the world through my 5 senses - walking barefoot in the grass, on the sand, feeling the purring of my two cats, listening to the wind in the branches, contemplating a sunset ... I love traveling, discovering, learning.
Since 2023, I have also offered to support you through coaching, which I first discovered for myself. Coaching allows you to experience great changes quite quickly by working on your values, your fears and blockages, your vision of the future, the step-by-step realization of your dreams and many other elements. Thanks to coaching, we reconnect with our sovereignty, we take back the reins of our life, our decision-making power to be fully involved in our development.
I have an initial training in modern literature that I studied at the University of Aix-Marseille, then I took the CAPES competition to become a teacher. I worked as a literature teacher in public middle and high schools for 13 years.
Transmission, sharing and advice are at the heart of my life.
